Problems with linked MX 4002 and BV 7-40 MKIII

Hi, I just bought a new BV 7-40 MKIII to replace my Avant. In the bedroom I have a old MX 4002 and have watched TV there without any problems. The Avant seems to "let through" the antenna signal without having to press LINK+TV in the bedroom ( if done, the MX 4002 uses the Main TV as receiver and I have to watch the same program in the Main room and in the bedroom ).

When I now replace the Avant with the BV 7-40 I cant get the antenna signal to pass through the Main TV. If I want to watch TV in the bedroom I have to press LINK+TV. Please notice that the DVD-function works perfect from the bedroom, and also if I would like to play a CD.

Does anyone have any advice what I should do ? The main TV i set in Option 2, the audio system in Option 0 since all speakers are connected to the TV and the TV in the bedroom is set in Option 6.

    Best regards

    Hans

    You'll need an RF-link amplifier (T4052 or T4053)

The BV7-40MKIII doesn't "let through" the antenna signal. The RF-out on the BV7-40MKIII only distributes the internal tuner, DVD and connected devices to a link room (with the exception of the HDMI sockets)
