    BeoVision 4 Geometry settings

    I have a BeoSystem 3 and a BeoVision 4 65" Monitor controlled by Beo4 Remote.

I need to "lower" the picture on the screen to eliminate frame bars.

Can someone tell me how to get to the "geometry settings" using the remote?

Pretty sure you need a dealer to do this. The screen uses a different Panasonic remote during set up - I do have the Mk2 service manual but it will be useless without either the remote or the software tool.

This is where it gets rather amusing. B&O refer to the 'no name remote' which is in fact a panasonic! if you can find yourself one of those

Hold vol- on teh screen and press the status button on the remote three times and that gets you into service. You may find though that its the BS3 which is 'adjusting' the picture, in which case you need the BS3 software- so its the dealer i afraid

Thanks for your help. It seemed to be such a simple problem, but as you both suggest I'll need to give the dealer a call.
