    Knowing that we are a society consumed by consumerisim..  what impact will this have on those of us who have a system which is not energy friendly?

    I am thinking all the golden oldies must be "gas guzzlers"?

    It will be aimed at new equipment - impossible to implement on old equipment. Plasma and LCD sets are pretty inefficient!
