    BS4000

    Hi

Is there a 'correct' way to position two bs4000 speakers?

ie should the speaker side be on the outside, or should it be on the inside.

My dealer positioned the speakers on the outside. In fact does it make any difference and has anyone tried the other way round?

From an aesthetic view I think I like mine as they are, but from acoustic position is there any difference?

    Cheers

    Brian

They should be positioned the best they sound to you. personaly i like the look and sound of mine with the speaker on the inside as they are on floor stands and about 1.5meters apart and I sit facing them. These speakers are so versitile i think you could put them anywhere and they would look and sound great.

Try taking off the speaker frets when placing them, that way you can see when the speaker itself is facing your ears. They are very very versatile yes. Big Smile We have ours facing forward leaving the speakers toed in towards the listening position. When you remove the frets you will notice that the label just below the speaker has either L or R on it, although you can switch it from left to right, this showed to me that these speakers are cool in the fact that the toe themselves in.
