Dear all,

I have bought beocom 4 for a few months only. Soon after purchase, I discover there is a connection problem between beocom 4 and the base charger. Even i have put it onto the charger, the metal contact is not functional, the recharge does not start everytime.

May i ask is it a common problem for all of you? and is it possible to solve it forever?!
