Hi all, I hope you can help.

My BeoCom 2 now rattles and the sound seems to be concentraed from the earpiece area.  I have two of these handsets and I had one replaced under warranty but the warranty period has now expired and the fault has just developed with the second unit.

I moved the handset recently to another location and during transport, I must have knocked it as surprisingly the rattle stopped but it is now back again.

Any advice is appreciated, I realise most people will say that it needs sent back for a whole unit swap-out but I wanted to try a home-fix beforehand to see if I can resolve myself.
