I have never listened to S75s, nor have I listened to a BM4400.
However, I have two pairs of M70s, a pair of S45-2s, a pair of S40s, a BM4000, a BM2400, and a BM1900. I primarily listen to classic rock LPs with the BM4000, and prefer my refurbished pair of M70s to the S45-2s and S40s.
I listen in a fairly large room, though. In a smaller room I like the S40s on a wall the best.
I have found, though, the S45-2s sound very much the same regardless of source material, amplifier, and placement. And they are great. They are also much smaller than the M70; small enough that I use them as the desktop speakers in my system centered around my computer.
Current primary listening: SMMC20EN -> BG4002 -> BM4000 -> Beovox M70

Re: which speakers ... and a BM6000 that is not working :(
no ideas .... but you would be better off posting this as a new thread with a better heading ... otherwise it is just going to get lost
Or at least ammend the heading - like I just tried to do for you (hope it works)
First B&O (1976) was a Beogram 1500 ... latest (2011) change has been to couple the BL11 with the BL6Ks *sounds superb*
