    BeoCenter AV5 CD mechanism in BeoCenter 3000 ??

    Hello out there

    To make a long story short.. i have a BeoCenter 3000 with a faulty cd mechanism. It seems like the servo IC's are making a lot of trouble. I have used a lot of time on troubleshooting it.
    I have a hard time finding a cd mechanism for it, and i was wondering if a mechanism from a Beocenter AV5 can be transfered to the Beocenter 3000?

    The laser unit itself can be the same, but the electronics are different.

    You have to be silver or gold member to download service manuals from Beoworld.....
