Hello,
Just a quick word really.
All of a sudden, after moving it to plug something in, I realized the left side dissipator was getting really very hot. A check underneath, where you can actually touch the fins showed it was burning!
Anyway, it turned out to be the no-load trimmer (what else?, as the great (?) George C. keeps saying), which was new but another "bare" model, was getting dusty. A good clean and re-set was all it needed. The voltage at the testing points was 150 mV instead of 22 mV!![Angry](http://forum.beoworld.org/emoticons/12.gif)
WHY ON EARTH do these uncapped trimmers have not been eradicated from the planet?
Nothing but trouble. And they are EVERYWHERE in B&O stuff!
