my fairly newly aquired beocenter 7007 has a mmc5 stylus which i understand is pretty much the budget stylus for this unit (I think it is the orig stylus)...also vinyl just doesn't sound nearly as good as on my other B&O (beogram 1203 through a beomaster 901...which has its own problems thanks to poor packing by the ebay seller I bought it off)...is it worth investing in a soundsmith upgrade? and how high should you go. I do listen to a lot of vinyl so quality is important. The prices do seem to increase exponentially tho.
