Hi all

Having just serviced and replaced a faulty tape deck~(thanks Graham - Joeybo....) much to my delight(now I can get at my collection of cassettes) I am now trying to refurb my BL5000's - see elsewhere on the site - I am now encountering the following problem

The BC9300 works fine with a pair of CX100's, however when I plug in the one working BL5000 it is in muted mode when in normal operation of the BC, the CX's working, when I mute the BC9300 the BL5000 comes to life and works normally indicating source , track, vol level etc

Anyone any ideas, is this correct? do I need to reset anything? The BC is set to Option 1 as it is standalone.

Not actually a problem but it irks me!
