    Apple TV, rear speakers and BV7-40 MKII

    Can anyone please help?  I have a BV7-40 MKII with Beolab 6000's as front and Beolab 4's as rear speakers (no central speaker yet). 

    The  Apple TV is connected via the DVI input but I never get any sound from the rear speakers.  Are there settings that I need to change for this?
