    Beogram 1800

Will try again in this post. have a Beogram 1800. When I play an lp and want to stop in mid-play and push cue, the tone arm does not return, only raises,  there are only three selections, 45,33,Cue. How do I get the tonearm to return, there is just to much resistance to try to do so manually. Otherwise, works beautifully and at end of play returns to "park" and stops.

    Thanks.......

You also have the front panel! It is marked PLAY - STOP. Press the front panel in just below the cue button and the arm will lift and go back to the start position. The manual is on site if you want it.How are you starting you playing?

    Re: Beogram 1800

I thank all of you for reading this post! I haven't had this t/t out in long time due to a minor (major) accident. I honestly did not know about the front panel ( below the cue button) it works great, beautiful t/t, I like the older stuff. I shall soon renew my costs due this forum. B&O is the most beautiful & best sounding of t/t's and I about four of them, plus ~ five other brands.......

    Again, thanks for all responses.......
