    Difference between panel and chassis

Can anybody tell me what's the difference between the panel and the chassis of a (BV7) TV?

    Marcel,

In its most simplist form a panel refers to the LCD panel in the BeoVision 7 which is made by a third party company. The chassis is the electronics which drives the panel and everything else. B&O do not make their own LCD panels.

    Regards Keith....

Think of the panel as the 'canvas' on which the image is displayed, it's the bit you see.
