    Re: Diagnostics Software

It depends what you mean by "Diagnostic Software" and for what product(s)

Other than dealer "Service Tool" software there is the "Configuration Guide" which is available on via the Beoworld Web Site

    Re: Diagnostics Software

    Hello Keith,

I am referring to the software the B&O technicians are using.

Probably it's the service tool or there is another one?

    Best regards

The B&O Dealer Technicians uses the B&O "Service Tool" software generally to:-

    • Get error information from a B&O product.
    • Update the product software
    • Where a Beovision has a PUC it can create and update from a library

    Re: Diagnostics Software

Yes this is the one I'm talking about! Many thanks. If I remember correct there is also a hardware included with it? I will assume it's quite difficult/rare to find

    Best regards

It depends what you mean by "Hardware" ?

Clearly there is a cable from your PC to the B&O product and depending on the product type defines the cable used.

For example, if you have a recent Beovision, then it uses a Masterlink using pins 9 & 10 to the PC
