I've just spotted that as well and was going to post something, but you beat me to it Graham! 

Being realistic, someone will always try it on in cases like this (new product, relatively scarce) and sadly sometimes they get away with it and someone buys the thing.

If they are really sold out as claimed by the seller does this mean that (a) B&O have a runaway success, or (b) they only had a handful available for the (premature) launch?

Not sure if my local dealer is typical, but they only had one, pre-poduction example available for the launch.
