Hi all,

Just opened my S50's (recently purchased), one speaker in good condition...no foam issues...opened the other, all original except the 8" woofer.... "was a Jaycar speaker!!!!!!" very disappointing. 

I now need to find a solution to this..Any ideas most appreciated. Is there any way I can find an speaker, preferably an original (assumed it was a Peerless unit), I know the tweater was a phillips....

Any advice most appreciated.

Have a search on the forum for 8"/Peerless/woofers and you'll find lots of posts on this topic. There's a current thread on the N. American forum about 8" woofers from MS150.2s that touches on this subject...
