    Facelift Feedback?

It'll probably be mentioned at some point, but Firebrand have just completed a moderately discrete 'facelift' on the LifeStyle AV Website.

I'd be interested to hear any feedback, as BeoWorld Members can be harsh critics - which isn't a bad thing.  Even though the new-look site was launched last night i'm making an appointment with Van to discuss the next wave of improvements and possible ideas for the future.  Any ideas from you guys will be received with great interest.

For those that weren't around at the time, LifeStyle AV was actually named on BeoWorld - and the members of BeoWorld at the time gave me invaluable support and guidance during the early days.  I'll never forget that, and once again extend my thanks to those people.

I realise everyone is different and we all see things from different perspectives, which is what makes this place so unique!  No opinion is a bad one.

Looks good though this item will be confusing to readers - looks like a screen from the heading when in fact it is a speaker

    Deleted.

By the way, if anyone is uncomfortable with this thread and feels it's unfair to other resellers or can be construed as advertising then please say - i will pull it immediately.  I go to great lengths not to mention 'my other business' publically as you are no doubt aware.  I launched this thread as i genuinely respect and value your opinions.

Looks great. So you haven't renamed it Silver Aardvark yet then?

Yes, looks a good home page, but where is the red beolit? Always been impressed with the site. The excellent photos and descriptions of the exact equipment for sale are what sets it apart from the competition. It is also quick to load. Please keep it that way!

    Re: Facelift Feedback?

Looks good, when I first got into B&O I never understood masterlink, how things linked together and what the benefits were , how about a simple diagram of a home where you could click on the different products etc which would link to your current stock list (very easy to do). This would serve two purposes:

    1. Help educate people as to which products are best suited to specific areas - leading to increased sales
    2. Demonstrate that many products serve more than one purpose, a TV used as a CD player which is in another room? Witchcraft surely ;o) - leading to increased sales

I drew a quick diagram on the train ages ago and forgot about it until now: www.g8graphics.com/B&O/B&O_Home.html it's non animated and doesn't function but could potentially be a great sales tool. have a look at the business equivelent here: http://www.seewhatyoumean.co.uk/

    Regards,
    Cal

Looks very good Lee, as it always has.Yes - thumbs up Nice to see the changes have been very subtle. As there was nothing wrong with the old site IMO. As we knownthough Lee. You are never one to stand still for to long, so to speak.

    Re: Facelift Feedback?

I like it a lot Lee - at last you've designed at site that does justice to the brilliant company name (I forget who came up with thatWhistle)

    Cool
