Go on Graham, enlighten us as to why you've insulted this seller........

    Cheers

Not the seller, he's laughing all the way to the bank.

I'm talking about the buyer. Unless I am much mistaken, somebody has just paid £371 for a Beocenter 9000 and a pair of RL45's!

    Is that sensible??

    Regards Graham

Why the fuss? It says Bang and Olufsen on the badge, so it must be worth that much :P

That doesn't seem off the scale to me. I still see resellers selling them for more than that amount.

What worries me is that he got an MMC4000 to work in a Beogram 1800. As far as I know, there were two 1800s, one takes the SP type cartridge and the other the MMC1-5. How did he get an 1800 to play with it?

Brilliant, this guy's obviously a genius. I didn't even read that far Peter, which is probably why you're a doctor & I juggle radiactive isotopes for a livingHmm

I DID however notice that he described it as being only surpassed by the MMC6000, whatever happened to the MMC5000? And that it is half price of the current B&O models of cartridge - hurray B&O have started reproducing cartridges........ This guy REALLY knows his stuff.....
