Beovision 6 22" with MX4000 motor wall bracket?

Bit of a long shot here but I have a BV6 22" and an NOS motorised wall bracket for an MX4000. Does anyone think there's a possibility of converting the bracket to work with the TV? It couldn't possibly be a straight forward plug in and create an adapter to physically mount the TV to the bracket could it?

As far as I'm aware there's no motorised wall bracket for the BV6 22"

Dunno Steve, I'm assuming there's a plug socket for a motorised stand on the BV6? That's where I'd start - if so then just plug it in & see if it turns before starting on any mod's.

    Chris.

Re: Beovision 6 22" with MX4000 motor wall bracket?

Thanks Chris. The BV6 I think is a 4pin din & the stand is a 5pin din - or the other way round. The service manual for the BV6 is module and not compontent so that's not much help. I could somehow try and connect the two I guess. At least if I blow it up I can blame you nowLaughing

I don't think it'll have much hope of working if the connector won't fit. For example, the connection changed from 4-pin to 5-pin between MX6000/7000 and MX8000, and the stand interface is, as I understand, completely different (not a simple rewire).

Thanks Mika. Typically more complicated than I thought. I shall just get a manual bracket and get off my backside to turn it. Thinking about it I'd be up anyway retrieving the remote to turn the TV towards the position I wanted anywayHuh?
