Don't think there will be any problem conecting the MX via the Materlink conection. You will however find that there is no Datalink on the AUX connection. Even though it is a 7 pin conection. Only 5 of the pins a re connected. You could connect the Beocord and Beogram to the AUX with some sort of splitter, but you wil not be able to control them with your Beo4.

    Go for mk3, it's newer.

If I recall correct, mk2 had an improved CD mech and mk3 has netradio and netmusic. It's possible to upgrade mk1 and 2 to netradio and netmusic.

There's no external red power button on mk3 (some people think the button ruins the design).

    Re: Beosound 9000 connection options?

Thanks, couldnt i just connect these to the beolink converter (or buy more beolink converters and connect each one?) and then control them via the masterlink connection??

i have been trying to contact ridax for a few months over another issue with no luck?

if there is no other way of controling my beocord and beogram via the bs9000 then this may not be the one for meSad

    Kind Regards, Mark
