I intend to replace all the really old capacitors of my 20 years Beolabs. Can anybody help me out with a scheme? Which types I need exactly?

Depends on the position of each capacitor. Power supply/preamp/amp/signal path/decoupling/crossover etc.
The service manual will give you the part numbers.
Eventual tech info notes and/or aftermarket updates may provide additional info.
A good start is to see what's mounted from the factory.

I think you mean the Beolab 5000 speakers. The service manual is indeed on site. Why do you think these capacitors need replacing? I might do the cross over but I would leave the amplifier alone unless there is a problem.
