    BEOVISION 4 50"

    I WANT TO USE MY BEOVISION 4 PANEL ONLY WITHOUT BEOSYSTEM 2 IS THIS POSSIBLE WILL I BE ABLE TO SWITCH IT ON AND JUST USE AS A MONITOR, ANY HELP WELCOME

    You want to use it as a computer monitor? I'm pretty sure that the only way it can be turned on is by remote and it recieves the remote IR commands VIA the BeoSystem engine. Sorry.

    You can take off the frame and place an IR flasher over the inbuilt panasonic IR window.  You can then use a panasonic plasma remote to turn the screen on and off.  My friend did this and then programed his Tivo remote to turn the screen on and off.  He took the IR flasher apart and just placed the eye of the flasher inside the frame and reattached the frame to the screen running the cable out the back of the frame.  Looks just like a B&O but he used a sony receiver and in wall speakers.
