    Beovision 7-32 set top box control unit configuration

    My Beovision 7-32 does not turn on or off the Humax Foxsat HDR set top box anymore.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

    Hi Rob,

    Maybe you should check the connections menu on the TV since it might have changed somehow?

    Another issue is that the ir transceiver could be misplaced on your Humax?

    I would personally start with these two and check further.

    Many thanks - went into menu and changed settings in connections and now box turns off and on with tv.  Brilliant.  I cannot believe our dealer send out an engineer twice then said the box was broken!!
