searched the forum for 2 days now but seems I cannot find one thread.

it was about the buttons you have to press on a beocom 2 to get to the service menu.

I want to know the production date, software version, etc.

as far as I remember it was like *#9*9.....??

also try 9#9#9* HOLD.. atleast I know in US this combination works. I had to reset the handset once and the B&O service asked me use this combination to enter the service menu..

HOLD is the same button as INT. (HOLD is only on US phones, INT on EU phones)

Why not ask Lee to add this code to the item description in the products section (maybe as an author note)?
