we have just had an unsuspected power cut and the power was off for approx 3hrs, the beocenter 6 was left in standby mode.  My daughter turned the set on as normal using the beolab 4 press go the scree came up with the pincode screen, she went to go and get the pincode and the set turned off back to redlight status.  we have tried entering the pincode with the screen blank nothing happens except every now and again the light turns to green for approx 15 seconds then no lights at all screen still blank - can anyone help as we are without tv.  We have tried unplugging the set for few mins and the same happens - essentially screen remains blank light changes from red to green then no lights.  Thank you

Given your "Problem Statement" I would say that either you have the wrong pin code or you are entering it incorrectly.

Are you sure you have the correct pin code ?
