Beolink 5000 remote - how to store programs

Hello everyone, this is my first post, so I hope I explain myself clearly.

Yesterday I lost two of my free to air television channels.  However if I press 'go to' I can then find by scrolling through to the two channels I want, but I do not know how to store them.  I had this problem many years ago I wrote a file note that said 'go to 182 store 7 store' (This is for channel 7 in melbourne, Australia).  182 is the frequency for channel 7 and I can watch it there, but I don't know what button to press for 'store'.  I think the back of my beolink 5000 remote controller used to having writing on each button, but now there is nothing.  My television is a beovision mx5500.  If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.  I cannot afford at present to get a B&O service call which I know would save bothering you.

I'm so pleased to have found a relevant forum.  Thank you, in advance.

Phil, thank you for your prompt response.  I tried to say in my post, but should have been clearer, that I don't know which button is which anymore on the back of my remote, as all print has worn away over the years.  Are you able to tell me, Phil, which one the 'store' is?

Thank you Peter.  That was a wonderful help and enabled me to fix my problem.  I'm most appreciative.
