Trying to sync the phone numbers of the Serene to Microsoft Outlook.

I have a Bluetooth connection with my laptop and the Serene. Widesync is installed and configured. But I cannot find the option (or button) to start the synchronize process. Does anyone know how to start this???

Note: Bluetooth connection is working. I have succesfully transferred the pictures, I have made, to the laptop.
