I am guessing that you have created a 3rd party XML file with either an inccorrect RAW code or using a repeat function.
This problem is quite common since the recent software and firmware updates.
The way to resolve the problem is to hold the centre button pressed for a very long time until the units turns off, then put it on charge for a couple of hours, then reconnect the Beo5 and download a configuration which does NOT contain your 3rd party XML configuration.
Your Beo5 will be back working, but you will need to determine what has caused the problem and correct it before doing another download with the 3rd party XML file.
