Hello all,

I have a BC2 (dvd version) and am considering the purchase of a second hand BV7 with dvd. How would the two work together? That is, what happens when i press dvd, which one take priority? I suppose the same is with CD

Would be keeping the BC2 as i use it to distribute DAB and n.music to link speakers.

Hello,

Congratulations on your BC2 - I love mine. As I have the same setup (a BC2 and BV 7-40), what happened in my case , and I do believe this to be the proper thing, is that the DVD in BV7 is the only one accepted as a DVD. The BC2 works as a CD-player. The BV 7 accepts two CD-players , although I just the BC2 for that.

Just now need to decide between a second hand bv7 with dvd or the new non dvd bv7 mkv. Ummm...
