    BM6500 buzzes whilst on Standby

I noticed the other night that when my Bm6500 is on standby that there is a buzzing noise, almost like a motor turning. Thought it was the CD player underneath it but its definitely the Beomaster. Sounds louder if I put my ear near the front...softer at the back.

    Any ideas oh clever ones?

Probably just the transformer buzzing - this has been a common problem in many B&O products over the decades.

Try to move it on a different place on the table / shelf you have it on. Often the sound is multiplied by the platform resonating.
