This is the first all transistor set from B&O so you need to allow certain foibles due to age. Warm and easy sound - you don't say if yours is the K or M model (the K has built in speakers). The phono input is designed either for a crystal pick up or line level so you need a RIAA if you don't already have one. Any DIN rated tape recorder will do - a B&O reel to reel machine would be a good match.
