Nice one - thanks to the advice from forum members, S80 speakers bought from decent chap on ebay for £40. Rock solid. Wonderful sound from speakers that are nearly 30 years old...the only way I'd go now is bigger S120 or more if I can find a pair. Cheers Richard (a new B&O convert).

You have the Beovirus, and I'm afraid there is no known cure!
I got some S120s from eBay for just over 20 quid and refoamed them myself (with no previous experience) Look here.
They are in use all day now, and I love them.

To get a big difference from the S80s, you will need MS150s. Much more bass but well controlled. Big though!
