I was wandering any one could help me out or recomend some to take my Beogram 6500

I having problems with my Cd player on my Beogram 6500, the problem is the sound quaity is realy poor and sounds like the speakers have blown, but when I play the radio  this sounds  is fine, I have also changed te channel the cd player is using to AUX1 and this sounds the same so I the problem is with the Cd unit, I have used a CD cleaner but this has not helped at all

There are some caps on the decoder board that can fail. The Workshop shows you the caps and the chips.

It is also possible that the laser controller runs with the wrong laser current due to a defect cap 2103... there is also a Workshop how to repair the controller...
