I have recently bought BEOCENTER 3300 with BEOVOX S45-2.

I have had a problem with turntable. I mean when I listen to the radio the sound is in a satisfactory quality. So i guess there is everything ok with the speakers. Besides, when I use the turntable the sound is in a really bad quality. There is some noise and a quality is poor. The reason might have been the quality of the record but I tried several and actually with better quality records the sound is better but still not as it should be. And what occurs occasionally is the tendency of the needle to go in the loop - do not know the proper name - I mean that the part of about 5s is played over and over again.

I really look forward to any solutions.

At a guess, I would think the problem probably lies in the MMC cartridge. These suffer with age, whether they are used or not. Even a new one which has been sitting on a shelf since 1980 will likely be goosed.
Since B&O no longer make cartridges, it is a case of playing roulette by buying a second hand one which may or may not work, or buying a new, and expensive one from Soundsmith.

Agree that the cartridge is the most likely culprit but check that the arm moves freely - do this by turning it on with an old record on and once the arm drops, turn the power off at the mains plug. The arm should move completely freely. Also check that you have the tracking weight set properly - it should be 1.5g - or even a little more.

By the way, you have what is a fairly rare gem - these are great music centres. Wonderful amplifier with an excellent radio section - the preset tuning is the best of the mechanical versions - and the Beogram, when working, is based on the 1902 and is one of the best. Where are you based?

It seems to me that the arm moved freely after turning the power off. Unfortunately I do not have the scale to measure the pressure.

I have to admit I am not familiar with all the adjusting stuff etc.. I guess that I can adjust the pressure with the slider on the arm. With the slider moved as far as it is possible towards the arm end it does play better. However I am aware that it  should be more accurately adjusted.

I live currently in Rotterdam. I have to look for a place where someone may help me with all the adjustments.

I would like to dissamebly, to remove old grease and to lubricate the mechanism of beogram. I have started to dissambly it but have to say it is like finding a way through a maze. I would reaaly appreciate some step by step guidelines how to get into the beogram mechanism.
