How to reset the 4 digit passcode for the BEO sound 9000

Hello all

We have purchased a Beo Sound 9000 a while back and we do not have the bill with the passcode information.

We tried a few different combinations but nothing works.

Would someone be able to help me by either guiding me thru the steps or by sending me a link that we could use to solve this problem

Hi Robert.
As far as I am aware, the only way to get your PIN number is from a dealer.
Otherwise, it would defeat the object.

I guess I was thinking that something could be done directly on the appliance in order to resolve this but in this case I,ll have to resort to dealing with my reseller.
