Well I thought I had come across a photo of the new remote which had been mentioned on the forum not long ago, but upon closer inspection and a quick read I discovered that the B&O designed object is far from the new simplified AV remote control we are much awaiting to hear about.

It is in fact a medical device for people with diabetes. Here is a LINK to the page for more information.

B&O have produced a few medical products over the years.

The one which springs to mind is their monitor (I think it's a heart-rate monitor) which uses gentler/softer sounds and actually looks like something you might see in someone's lounge - the idea being to make the environment for people in hospital better.
