I have a Beocenter 7002, purchased in the early 80's, which I no longer require. This system comes with 2x Beovox S55 speakers which are in perfect working order. I also still have the original operating instruction manual.

  The unit itself has two main faults ie: the tape deck doesn't work, (I understand the parts are no longer available), and the hinge mechanism is broken for the anodised lid that allows access to the programming panel.

  The radio and turntable are both working ok as are all the programming features and the remote control.

  I am loathe to just 'dump' this still modern-looking piece of equipment so am offering this free to any B&O enthusiast to be used as spares or as a 'museum' piece.

The tape deck will be the belts which are available from member Dillen. This is a superb music centre and the S55 a much under rated speaker. Whoever gets this will be very fortunate.

I agree with Peter re:- the S55's, they are amongst my favourite of this series, probably got the onset of foam rot in the bass drivers though which is not really a big deal for anyone who's handy.

Hi! Peter, Many thanks for your input but the unit has already been in to a B&O workshop and they replaced the belts but said that they thought there were further problems with the mechanism for which spares were no longer available.
