Just took delivery of a Beolit 600 today that Martin fixed up for me, so thought it a good time to take a few photos of my Beolit collection. Still no Beolit 1000 in there, but I'm working on it!
See if you can spot them all (no prizes though!):

WOW ! Great
when your Black Label begin to taste like juice just take shot or two of Absinthe and
after that quench with some vodka, if you still feel juice like take beer
with grappa !

Thanks everyone! I think that everyone who loves B&O needs one Beolit somewhere in their home. They are still so useable, even here in the UK with DAB, that they just make sense. All the designs are SO B&O it is untrue :) I could go on forever about the ball-bearing tuning indicator on the Beolit 600, or the fold down handle and pop out 'feet' on the Beolit 800 - but I won't bore you! Andy - even though Tim has fixed a few things for me (including the mint Beolit 609 in the photos) I have not been to his house yet and seen his collection. I would like to though, but Fliss probably won't let me in case I come away with more ideas for future additions to the collection...

beobeo: Simply outstanding. I definitely need one for my vintage collection. Thanks for sharing these pics.
I agree - Beolits are probably the most underrated of all B&O equipment. I foolishly sold a mint red Beolit 700 several years ago and have regretted it ever since. Superb collection John. Chris.
The use of metaphors should be avoided like the plague. They're like a red rag to a bull to me.

Not to mention the sound quality! Every time I demonstrate the 707 to heathens they just drop their jaw, how can such a sound eminate from such a little box? And it's more than 30 years old... If B&O were to reintroduce something like this, in stereo and with a slot for a memory card, Tivoli would be out of business.
