Hi All.Having a little bit of difficulty as my computer knowledge is not up to scratch. Cannot get my
BeoPlayer to scan and find music purchased on I-Tunes. I found out I had to buy I-Tunes Plus music (is this right?) and I have done so but it seems BeoPlayer still cannot find it. Is there anyting else I have to do or any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong would be great. Thanks

Pretty sure that Beoplayer does not recognise the file system used by iTunes Store, even for iTunes Plus. All is not lost though! You can convert the tunes to MP3 in iTunes and they will then be recognised. I would however suggest that if you plan to do this a lot, use a different source - Amazon for instance - as converting one type of compressed file to another will degrade the sound. Not sure where the convert command is in PC iTunes - it is in the advanced tab on a Mac!
