These fabulous infuriating TVs....my MX7000 and the AV9000

Boy oh Boy....do these TVs hate the digi world.....grab the old Thompson from the back room ....pop in a digibox and hey presto away it goes...

Do the same with these beasties...no way!......pop it in AV2 go to setup...configure AV2...yep all done

Power up the box....TV recognises it for a second, attempt to bring up the freeview menu....no thanks!.....reverts to terrestrial...and thats if you connect the aerial of course!

    So frustrating....any thoughts?.....no swearing!

My AV9000 works fine - Freeview , Sky and a Wii and operated by Beo4 in the main. I use an AV2 expander with a built in STB-C for the Sky box and a DVD-C for the Freeview.

Sorry but it is not clear what problem you have, maybe if you describe more we can help.

    Peter :
    DVD-C for the Freeview.

This trick could interest a lot of people, how do you configure it?
