A hole ? How about the front grill, is it damaged too ?
How big is the hole and where is it ?
Depending on the size and location, it may be fixed by straightening any remains of the frayed cone and glueing a piece of coffee filter paper onto the cone using speaker cement or, in this case where the cone is merely cardboard, plain white paper glue.
If it's a large hole, the only method could be replacing the woofer. I am sure that I have a good used woofer in stock if you need and probably also a nice front grill.
The woofer has four screws and then careful lever it up using a couple of wide screwdrivers or similar. The drivers can bind drastically.
