maybe i shud'nt write this in the general forum, but does anyone know of a manual for this product in pdf format..?

Just checked and both the User and Service manuals are available in the manual section of the site. You will need to upgrade to a Gold or Silver member first though.

I have also recently scanned in the US sales brochure which is rather good.
