If they are Mk3's you'll be able to use the RCA/Line input on the bottom, connected to a Preamp/Main output from the Kenwood.  If the Kenwood doesn't have  pre-amp outs, there is an adaptor which would allow you to use the regular speaker connection, but that's not as clean.

    We kid because we love.

Are you trying to use the Kenwood amp as the main amp to power the pentas, or are you trying to use the kenwood as just the preamp/receiver while having the pentas run on their own amps?

No problems at all. You can connect the speakers via the Speakerlink sockets to the speaker outputs on the amplifier, You need to set the switches so that the relative power of the amplifier is taken into account. Effectively the amplifier is presented with a very large impedance so the output is reduced to line level and the power amplifier in the Penta will then function as a power amplifier. The user manual is on site for silver and gold members or you might find it on the official site.Make sure the switches are set correctly!!

Equally, as Russ says, if you have a pre-amp output on the amplifier, you can attach this to the line in sockets.
