Dear All

Unfortunately my two year old daughter managed to get hold of the Beo5 remote and drop onto hard tiled floor. The silver round casing is damaged although remote still functions properly. I was wondering if I can get the outer metal shell repaired and if so where should I take the remote and how much would it cost!

Any dealer should be able to do this for you - Its a straightforward job although the part won't be cheap!
