STB's which support both DVB-T and DVB-S in the same unit are a fairly recent innovation and I believe the Humax combo 9000 only came out in 2007.
Add to this, that generally speaking most users who have satellite such as Sky tend not to have DVB-T unless it is built into the TV itself and equally if you have DVB-T you are less likely to have DVB-S as well.
Also, considering that B&O produces a combined DVB-T and DVB-S unit as shown below, then B&O are less likely to produce the codes for the PUC for any STB combo unit unless the customer was prepared to pay for it in my view.
HOWEVER, if you wish to purchase a combo DVB-T and DVB-S unit, then you could purchase a Beo5 and control it directly which would not require a PUC update.
