    Beo 2300

I purchased my Beo 2300 around 1998 - it is mounted and in perfect conditon.  Alas, I am selling my home and may have to sell it.        While I know they hold their value, can anyone share with me a fair asking price?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can share!!!

You can see here on Beoworld prices for used B&O, and also you can search on Lifestyle-av.co.uk.

I think it is around 500 euro

when your Black Label begin to taste like juice just take shot or two of Absinthe and after that quench with some vodka, if you still feel juice like take beer with grappa !

Look at eBay for a week or two and that will give a general idea of what prices are being achieved by ordinary members of the public selling their unwanted B&O kit.

Prices have dropped lately so I would be surprised if you achieved much more than £300 for the 2300 alone or £575 with 2500 speakers.

Do not be mislead by the higher prices being asked by the likes of Lifestyle-AV/MorethanAV/Iconic-AV and Beo4life, as these are their asking prices and not the prices that they actually sell for. Established resellers who offer additional services including warranties and their good name do however charge more and with with some justification.

I am afraid that is the difference between buying and selling.

Selling on eBay is effectively at not far above "trade" prices but buying from a dealer will be much more expensive.

You have a choice. Take a chance on eBay, with all it's pitfalls or buy with a warranty and a reputation for good service from an established dealer but at a higher price.
