    Replacement Glass - MCP 5000

I have just purchased a Beosystem 5000 which arrives tomorrow!! (Not that I'm not drowning in B&O already!)

The MCP apparently has a small chip in the glass. I was wonder if the glass panels are still available or will I have to buy a donor MCP or just live with it. The price was too good to refuse. Is the glass printed on underneath or is it just plain glass?

     Thanks!

Re: Replacement Glass - MCP 5000

Just looked at mine, and the glass appears lightly smoked, and  is painted on the reverse, with rectangles left clear, so the displays can be read.

So, it should be fairly straightforward to replace.

    Cheers.

I would like a replacement too, as mine is cracked.
