Problem with B&O Television Type:- 3747

I have a problem with my B&O Television (Type:- 3747 Serial Number 0578183) in so far that I can, not now, switch an Auxiliary on. In this case the Freeview box. What happens is that, upon pressing the TV button on remote to swithch the Auxiliary on, an 'analogue' station switches on and keeps scrolling across the screen. Also the two small red 'lights' which indicate that the Auxiliary is switched on, do not light up.  A strange phenomenon occurred the other evening in that we managed to get the Auxiliary to work but for some unknown reason it switched off, causing the picture to scroll as previously mentioned, when the advertisements came on and then switch on again when the programme restarted; without any input from us.   Would anyone have any idea what could cause this behaviour?   With many thanks for any advice / help you can offer.

I am afraid that I cannot, nobby, as the only information of any use on the label at the back of the set are those mentioned in my original enquiry.   Ie.Type:- 3747 Serial Number 0578183.

If you could give me a hint where to look for 'LX2500' or a similar model No. I will do so.
