    Beogram 8002 Transistors

    Hi:

    The service manual shows transistors PU01 and PU51 used to drive the sled motor. These appear discontinued. Does anyone know equivalents that can be used?

    Hi Derek,

    92PU01 can be replaced by 2SC4135 or BD507.
    92PU51 can be replaced by 2SA1593 or BD508

    Due to their positions in the H-bridge, I would recommend replacing all 4 at a time.
